Family of racoons spotted cooling off in back garden kiddies' pool

A couple was surprised by a family of raccoons cooling off in a toy pool in their back garden.<br /><br />The footage shows five raccoons sunbathing in a toy pool to battle the hot weather in Ottawa.<br /><br />The filmed writes: ''I filled up the kiddie pool, popped back into the house to get my little guy and saw the mama raccoon and her three babies emerge from the hedge and take a dip in the pool.<br /><br />''They splashed around for 10 minutes, played with the toys and then sauntered their way back into the hedge.''<br /><br />The clip was captured on June 30.
